# How to Create and Assign a To-do

Navigate to the To-Dos Screen

At the top of the page, you will see summary cards displaying your allocated to-dos based on the date range currently applied.

Use the four available tabs to quickly organize and locate your tasks.   
The first tab is "My To-Dos" which displays only the To-Dos assigned to you.

The next tab is "Overdue" displays the to-dos that were not completed by their due date.

The "Due Today" tab displays tasks that are due today.

The next tab "All To-Dos" displays all to-dos created within the applied date range.

Click on the "Create To-Do" button on the top right of the screen to create a new to-do.

Add the required fields marked with a "\*" and click create.

Assign it to yourself or any member of the team by selecting the team member from the drop down.

Add any team members who need to stay updated on the to-do as **Collaborators**.

Navigate to the **Comments** section of the to-do and mention a team member when you need to bring an update to their attention.

When a team member is mentioned in a comment, they will automatically be added as a collaborator to the to-do.

Click on "Create" and you're done
