[Appointments](https://knowledge.populateemr.com/appointments?hsLang=en) September 20, 2026 # How to Set Provider Availability for Location and Time ## Setting provider availability clearly indicates when and where each provider is available to take appointments. This is especially useful in larger practices with multiple providers and facilities. Navigate to the **Appointments** module and click anywhere on the calendar to get started.
