How to Use the Rachel Review Workflow for Denied Claims 1\. Navigate to Billing, go to the Claim Status filter and select Denied to display only denied claims. 2\. Open each claim you want Rachel to review, then add the "Rachel to Review" tag. 3\. Once Rachel finishes her review, she will add a detailed note to the claim with her findings and recommended next steps. 4\. Use the Tags filter to find these reviewed claims and check the notes. 5\. Finally, if you are satisfied with Rachel's findings, add the "Rachel Review Completed" tag. This allows your team to easily track which claims Rachel has already reviewed. Important: Please remove all tags or re-tag claims once your team has reviewed the "Rachel Review Completed" claims.
